Screen Printing involves creating a stencil, known as a screen, and then using that screen to apply ink on the printing surface. Each individual color is applied using a different screen, one at a time, combined to achieve the final look. The more colors a design has, the more screens that are needed, and the more setup time required.  We currently have a 6 color screen printing press meaning we can accommodate any design with up to six colors.  Have something with more than six colors?  Contact us and maybe we can work something out for you using specialty printing or unique techniques.

Screen printing is the best option for designs that require a high level of vibrancy, specialty products, or for quantities greater than 6 pieces. While Wildcat Screen Printing has no minimums for screen printing, the price for one or two items prohibits screen printing from being the best option.  Screen printing is best when you have the same design going on multiple items (known in the screen printing world as substrates).  We work hard to keep our costs down and our prices for orders between 6-12 are hard to beat. 6
